About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented FF&E Coordinator to provide holiday
cover support during a busy project delivery period. This is an excellent opportunity for a design student or recent graduate looking to gain practical experience within the
design, construction, project management, or procurement industries.
Working closely with the FF&E team, you will assist with project administration, data
entry, spreadsheet management, and coordination tasks to support the delivery of
commercial workplace projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Data entry and maintenance of FF&E schedules and project trackers.
• Updating and managing project information within Excel spreadsheets.
• Assisting with the preparation of furniture quotations and purchase order
documentation.
• Maintaining accurate records of supplier pricing, lead times, and product
information.
• Supporting the team with project administration and document control.
• Following up suppliers for quotations, product information, and order updates.
• Assisting with reporting and project status updates.
• General administrative support to the FF&E team as required.
Key Requirements
Skills & Experience
Essential
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Desirable
• Currently studying Interior Design, Project Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Previous experience in administration, data entry, customer service, or project
support.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
