We are a successful and national award-winning family-owned boutique company, with a dedicated interior design studio - Studio Jenka.
Studio Jenka operates as a stand-alone interior design studio, as well as supporting the projects for our boutique renovation service AM Projects. In both instances, we offer a bespoke interior design service, collaborating with clients to offer comprehensive solutions tailored to our clients' needs and aesthetics.
Quality, elevated design, and functionality are the cornerstones of our projects. We walk our clientele through all selections and design, and complete the project onsite with our trade team.
Due to an ever-increasing demand for our services and the opening of our first design studio in Drummoyne in Jun 2025, we now have a opening for a talented interior designer to join our team and collaborate with our amazing clients.

Key Requirements
Position: Interior Designer (minimum of two years’ experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our boutique design and renovation clients.
- Meet and collaborate with clients with or without the Director discussing selections and designs.
- Create accurate and compelling drawings, selections, and design proposals using Sketchup.
- Keep in regular communication with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, discussing any new ideas, gaining sign-offs, and overseeing the order process.
- Contribute to the growth and success of both businesses through your design expertise, client-focused approach, and ideas on how we can improve our client experience.
- Assist Directors with existing and new projects.
Qualifications:
- Advanced Diploma in Interior Design.
- Proficiency in SketchUp.
- Microsoft Office experience.
- Previous client collaboration and customer service experience is a must.
Location:
- Studio Jenka Design Studio, Drummoyne, Sydney.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30 pm.
Start Date:
- Immediate start.
Salary:
- Negotiable, commensurate with experience and skills.
Experience:
A minimum of two years working in a similar role that focused on a high level of customer service, bathroom + kitchen designs, floorplan manipulations, selections and providing accurate documentation. Demonstrable experience in an Interior Designer role with another similar business (preference to experience in bathrooms and kitchens).
