About the Role We are seeking a passionate and experienced Interior Designer to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creativity, precision, and collaboration—specifically in the design and renovation of wet areas such as bathrooms, laundries, and kitchens.
You’ll be involved in projects from concept to completion, ensuring seamless delivery and a design-focused experience for our clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop concept designs based on client briefs and site-specific conditions
- Prepare full documentation using Archicad
- Select and present finishes, materials, fixtures, and fittings
- Manage client consultations and approvals during the design process
- Collaborate closely with project managers and trades to ensure on-site execution matches design intent
- Source and specify products, balancing aesthetics, function, budget, and timelines
- Conduct site visits and resolve any design-related issues during construction
- Ensure all documentation meets relevant building codes and standards
Key Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3+ years of local industry experience in residential interiors (wet areas preferred)
- Proficiency in Archicad
- Strong eye for design, detail, and functionality
- Excellent communication and client presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Australian permanent residency or citizenship (no temporary visas)
