Description
Designer Rugs is seeking a hands on, creative Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to bring our luxury brand to life across digital, social, print, and events. This is your chance to work with a premium design led brand, creating content that inspires and engages, while being involved in everything from photoshoots and product launches to campaigns and community building.
What You’ll Be Doing
No two days will be the same, but your key responsibilities will include:
- Creating and curating luxury content: Capturing and producing high quality content and video that showcases our premium products and brand story.
- Social media management: Planning, scheduling, and publishing visually stunning content across all platforms, with a focus on Instagram, Reels, and Pinterest.
- Campaign execution: Developing and executing social campaigns for product launches, collaborations, events, and promotions that resonate with a design-savvy audience.
- Designing creative assets: Producing digital ads, website banners, EDMs, and marketing collateral that align with our luxury aesthetic.
- End-to-end EDM management: Creating, designing, and scheduling email campaigns that captivate and convert.
- Website updates: Assisting with updates to ensure our online presence reflects our premium brand.
- Event coordination: Supporting photoshoots, product launches, activations, and events to create memorable brand experiences.
- Performance analysis: Monitoring social and campaign performance, analysing results, and sharing insights to drive engagement and growth.
- Collaborating with the marketing team: Supporting broader campaigns, print production, and day-to-day marketing initiatives.
Key Requirements
About You
You’re a creative powerhouse with a passion for luxury branding and design. You bring:
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in a marketing, social media, or content creation role.
- Strong photography and videography skills, with an eye for capturing premium, design-led visuals.
- Confidence in managing social platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics to grow engagement.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (or similar design tools) to create polished, on-brand assets.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling captions and campaign messaging.
- A knack for juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines without compromising on quality or detail.
- A genuine passion for interiors, luxury, and design-led brands.
