Description
The successful candidate will be highly organised, have exceptional communication skills and be self-motivated to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and build key A&D client relationships with residential architects, designers, builders, developers & landscapers
- Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in your client accounts
- Providing expert advice and solutions to assist clients in selecting the right furniture for their projects
- Negotiating commercial terms and closing sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets
- Manage sales from enquiry through to after sales service
- Collaborate with and provide support to the wider team
Key Requirements
Skills and experience:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective relationship management
- Excellent negotiation and commercial acumen
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise workload
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Reflect the high standard of the brand
- Driver's licence is essential
