ABOUT THE ROLE
We're seeking a passionate Part Time Sales Consultant to join our Balgowlah
showroom team. This is an exciting opportunity to build meaningful client
relationships while contributing to the growth of a leading Australian
furniture brand.
You'll be the first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service
and guiding them through our stunning collections to find the perfect
pieces for their homes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Warmly greet and engage clients, providing personalised assistance
and product guidance
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers to
drive repeat business
• Process orders in person, over the phone, and via email with
attention to detail
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and maintain accurate records
in netsuite
• Contribute to personal and team sales targets through collaborative
strategies
• Maintain showroom presentation and visual merchandising to brand
standards
• Prepare showroom daily and ensure A welcoming, organised
environment
Key Requirements
ABOUT YOU
• Sales or customer service experience (preferably retail or furniture)
• Passion for exceptional service and keen interest in design and
furniture
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive, professional attitude with strong initiative
• Available to work 1 weekend day and 2-3 days during the week
• Keen eye for detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments
DESIRABLE:
• Experience in furniture or design industry
