Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients who visit the showroom
- Provide advice on flooring products and materials
- Answer customer queries and address their concerns
- Prepare quotes for jobs and manage project proposals
- Coordinate project installations and work with contractors as needed
Key Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly motivated, organised and diligent
- Knowledge of flooring and design sector
- Attend to store presentation and maintaining store standards.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret architectural floor plans.
