The opportunity

Life Interiors is seeking a talented, passionate and driven Interior Sales Consultant to join our team in Sydney. This part-time role will see you providing exceptional customer service and design expertise to our clients, helping them transform their living and working spaces with our premium designer furniture and homewares.

Key responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to understand their interior design needs and preferences
  • Offer expert advice and recommendations on furniture and styling to create beautiful, functional spaces
  • Demonstrate and showcase our product range, highlighting the unique features and benefits
  • Process sales transactions and manage orders from enquiry through to delivery
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our entire product catalogue and latest design trends
  • Liaise with our in-house design team to coordinate custom solutions for clients
  • Contribute to a positive, customer-focused store environment

Key Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in interior design, retail sales or a related field
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Strong eye for design, with the ability to visualise and create inspiring interior spaces
  • Excellent product knowledge and the drive to continue learning about the latest design trends and innovations
  • Organised, efficient and able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Enthusiasm for working as part of a close-knit, collaborative team
