About the Role
- Welcome customers to the showroom and showcase our range of stone slabs and tiles to architects, designers, end-users, and stonemasons.
- Ask open-ended questions to understand customer style, needs, and timelines, providing tailored product recommendations.
- Respond to phone and email enquiries with personalised service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with stakeholders on samples, quotes, and lead times, offering accurate and up-to-date product information.
- Manage admin tasks including order processing, material pickups, inventory checks, and supporting the external sales team.
- Keep the showroom immaculate—restocking, tidying, and ensuring brochures and displays are refreshed.
Key Requirements
About You
- You may spend your free time watching interior design shows or browsing Pinterest. You have a keen interest in what makes interior spaces beautiful—colours, textures, and styling all inspire you.
- At work, you love everything involved in customer service—from the initial interaction and getting to know customers, all the way to providing solutions that meet their needs.
