The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive and experienced Studio Coordinator to be the face of the business and to present the business in a professional manner. This role also involves supporting the business in administrative duties across all areas of the business as well as coordinating the office and facility’s needs.

You will be responsible for performing a wide array of tasks that can change on a daily basis. From making cheese platters on Friday afternoons, to liaising with the electrician to fix something in the office; this job is very broad! Your role will include supporting the Marketing team with social media posts, event management and various other administrative tasks.

We have an awesome culture with lots of events and fun things to do and we need you to help make it happen. You will have at least 4 years’ experience working in an office customer service role with a positive attitude and outstanding customer service skills.

This is a 'hands on' role and we need a real team player with a positive attitude to take on each new task, no matter how big or small.

Key Requirements

To be successful in the role you will have/be:

  • Minimum of 4 years’ office customer service experience
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Intermediate computer skills in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiastic with a positive attitude
  • Approachable with strong organisational and time management skills
  • Able to multitask with high level of attention to detail
  • The ability to engage and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all levels
