About Rococo Bébé
Rococo Bébé is a Sydney-based luxury nursery furniture and baby lifestyle brand, known for its refined aesthetic, thoughtful design and beautifully curated spaces. As the brand continues to grow, we’re looking to bring one or two emerging designers or recent graduates into the business to support across creative, spatial and brand-focused projects.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants meaningful, real-world experience working closely with a founder on live projects.
The Opportunity
You’ll support Rococo Bébé across a mix of creative, styling and operational tasks, including:
- Nursery, product and lifestyle styling for photoshoots
- Assisting on content days (behind-the-scenes, flat-lays, mood boards)
- Visual layout design for lookbooks, presentations and website content
- Concept development for new nursery furniture, accessories and collections
- Pop-up, retail and showroom layout concepts (e.g. booth design, visual merchandising)
- Supporting spatial planning and display layouts for events
- Light admin and sourcing support (supplier follow-ups, prop sourcing, simple spreadsheets)
- Assisting with brand presentations and marketing assets
Key Requirements
Who We’re Looking For
This role would suit a student or recent graduate who is particularly strong in:
- Visual layout, composition and presentation design
- Styling and spatial awareness (especially retail or pop-up environments)
- Creating polished visual content and mood boards
- Working independently while collaborating closely with a small creative team
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator (or similar tools)
Structure & Commitment
- Approx. 1–2 days per week, or project-based
- Paid hourly/project work, to be discussed
- Flexibility to grow with the business over time
