Description
We are looking for a self-motivated Trade Sales Representative to join our NSW team, who has practical experience working directly with trade professionals such as joiners, cabinet makers, door manufacturers, builders, and wallpaper installers.
In this role, you will work directly with the primary purchasers of our products to promote and support our world-class range, ensuring a smooth pre-sales process covering product suitability, availability, pricing, and delivery lead times.
This is a road-based role where you’ll spend most of your time on site, at manufacturing workplaces, and in trade environments rather than showrooms or offices. Your days will include a mix of workplace visits, product demonstrations, and building strong relationships with tradespeople to drive sales growth and maintain ongoing loyalty.
The position is primarily focused on Sydney and Newcastle, with flexibility to work from your home office for planning and follow-up administration.
Key Requirements
About you
We’re seeking a team player who is experienced working with tradespeople, and understands the nature and communication style of the trade industry.
You’ll bring:
- A hands-on approach and confidence working directly with tradespeople.
- Proven experience meeting and exceeding sales targets in a trade or manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to think on your feet and provide practical, solutions-focused support.
- Excellent organisation and time management to handle a busy, on-the-road schedule.
- The ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the wider team.

Requirements
- Significant experience in a similar role or industry is required.
- A valid driver’s licence, with secure storage at home for product samples and sales materials. A company car will be provided.
- Product training will be provided, however the ability to learn quickly and apply product knowledge is essential.
