The opportunity
Join the Styling team at Cordony Group, where you will represent the brand in a client-facing role. We are searching for someone with excellent sales skills, exceptional written & verbal communication, customer service skills, as well as an eye for interior styling.
Key Requirements
Key responsibilities
- Prepare quotes, pricing, styling and brief packs for each client which will include photos, floor plans and property information
- Actively seeking new business opportunities, as well as upselling & cross-selling our in-house services
- Maintaining and servicing existing relationships with clients and their networks
- Communicate quickly & efficiently with the styling team and other departments
- Scheduling, organising and attending appointments
Role Requirements
- Previous experience in a real estate Business Development or Sales role would be ideal
- Driver's licence essential (company vehicles provided)
- The ability to effectively work autonomously, take ownership of and have the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Sense of urgency, punctuality, excellent organisational & time-management skills
- First class communication and people skills
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and excellent decision-making skills
- Impeccable personal presentation is a given
