Prep My Home is a premium property styling company based in Macarthur, known for delivering high-impact residential presentations that help homes stand out and achieve exceptional sale results.

We partner with homeowners, leading agents and developers to create refined, market ready spaces, and we're looking for a confident, experienced Property Stylist to take ownership of projects and help drive our next stage of growth.

About the Role

This is a senior, hands on role for a stylist who can confidently lead projects from initial consultation through to final installation.

You will be responsible for assessing properties, developing styling strategies aligned to the target market, and executing high end presentations with precision and efficiency. You'll work closely with clients and agents, make decisive calls on site, and ensure every home is styled to a premium standard.

This role requires someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, can juggle multiple campaigns, and takes full ownership of outcomes—not just the creative vision, but the execution.

Key Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead onsite consultations with homeowners and real estate agents
  • Assess properties and develop tailored styling strategies for sale campaigns
  • Confidently determine furniture layouts, flow and spatial planning
  • Prepare and contribute to quotes and client communications
  • Curate and select furniture and décor aligned to the target buyer
  • Create clear styling briefs for the warehouse and installation team
  • Oversee and actively participate in installations and pack-ups
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines
  • Maintain high presentation standards across all projects
  • Support stock selection, quality control and warehouse coordination

About You

You are not a junior stylist—you are someone who can walk into a property, assess it quickly, and know exactly what it needs to sell.

You bring:

  • A minimum of 2 years proven property styling experience is (essential).
  • Strong spatial awareness and confident furniture layout skills
  • The ability to make fast, informed design decisions on site
  • Experience working to deadlines within real estate campaign timeframes
  • Confidence dealing directly with clients and agents
  • High attention to detail and pride in delivering polished results
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A proactive, solutions focused mindset
  • A team first attitude with leadership capability
  • A genuine passion for interiors and current design trends

Important

This is a hands on role. You will be actively involved in installations and pack ups, including furniture placement. You must be comfortable working both onsite and in a warehouse environment.

Candidates must be capable of moderate lifting and moving of furniture during installations and pack ups.
