Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional showroom experience, providing expert advice on luxury furniture, finishes, and interior design solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, interior designers, architects, and trade clients.
- Manage the sales process from consultation through to quotations, order processing, and project completion.
- Maintain the showroom to the highest standard while staying up to date with product collections and design trends.
Key Requirements
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in luxury retail, interiors, furniture, or design-led sales.
- A passion for interior design with a consultative, customer-focused sales approach.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage a premium clientele.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
