About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and relationship‑driven Project Coordinator to join our growing commercial furniture team. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy keeping projects moving, and love the satisfaction of seeing a space come to life, this role will suit you perfectly.
As a key link between our Company Directors, Operations Manager, client site management, suppliers and installers, you’ll ensure every project runs smoothly—from order receipt to final installation. Experience within the commercial furniture sector is highly preferred.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate all stages of commercial furniture projects
- Prepare project schedules, documentation, and purchase orders
- Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners
- Track orders, lead times, and delivery schedules
- Communicate project updates to clients and internal teams
- Review floor plans, specifications, and installation drawings
- Schedule installation teams and manage site readiness
- Assist with resolving issues such as backorders, damages, or spec changes
