We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Renovation Coordinator to manage residential renovation projects across Sydney. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating trades and suppliers, and is passionate about delivering high-quality renovation outcomes on time and within budget.
You will act as the key liaison between clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams—ensuring projects run smoothly from initial planning through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple renovation projects simultaneously across Sydney
- Schedule and manage trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with NSW building regulations and safety standards
- Liaise with clients to provide updates and manage expectations
- Resolve issues and variations efficiently
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
Key Requirements
About You
- Proven experience in renovation coordination or similar role
- Strong knowledge of residential construction and renovation processes
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to read plans and specifications
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and construction management softwares
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Problem-solver with high attention to detail
- Trade background or relevant construction qualification
