Sales Support

What the role entails : 

• Provide day-to-day support to NSW & ACT BDMs and Sales Consultants to assist with project delivery and client requirements
• Manage the end-to-end quoting and sales order process, ensuring quotes and sales collateral are accurate and reflect the correct pricing, specifications and lead times
• Review client emails, briefs and technical documentation to capture key information for quoting and order processing, ensuring sales orders are accurate, complete and ready for production, with deposit payments followed up to keep orders progressing efficiently
• Develop floorplans, design proposals and project presentation materials to support BDMs and Sales Consultants in preparing for client pitches and presentations
• Assist the Sales team with client presentations by providing design, technical and project support, including attending client meetings and presentations as required
• Provide on-site support where required, assisting with project coordination and delivery planning
• Mark up floorplans to support delivery planning, site coordination and project execution
• Work closely with the Project Manager and Project Coordinator to support tender submissions, project estimations and proposal documentation for complex and large-scale projects, ensuring all requirements are accurately captured and submissions are complete and delivered within required timeframes.
• Communicate with clients as required to provide project updates, respond to enquiries and support the Sales team throughout the project lifecycle
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and project records in Jardan’s CRM
• Liaise with HQ teams to ensure effective information flow, coordination and timely support throughout the sales and project lifecycle, contributing to a seamless customer experience.
