We are seeking an energetic, engaged and highly organised Studio Coordinator to join our vibrant Sydney studio in Surry Hills.

This is a permanent role with physical presence in the studio required as part of the role.

 

Key duties include but are not limited to:

  • Reception including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, distribution of mail, booking couriers, maintaining high quality presentation of meeting rooms and front of house
  • Other office tasks including ordering of stationery and other consumables, organising repairs and maintenance, and liaising with building management and external stakeholders
  • Organising and managing travel bookings for the team (domestic & internationally)
  • Coordinating event bookings and organising catering for reoccurring and ad hoc meetings and training events
  • Assisting the Practice Manager with various tasks
  • Prepare presentations, spreadsheets and reports via our operating platform (Total Synergy)
  • Assisting strategy & comms team when required
  • Social events coordinator
  • Managing the coordination of Registrations & Memberships

 

Key Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • + 2-3 years Front of House experience (preferably in a design practice)
  • Well-developed organisational skills
  • An excellent phone manner and verbal/written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and innovative thinking
  • Initiative and proactive attitude and drive. Ability to self-start and work in a self-directed way
  • Be a role model and invoke our company values and culture
