About the opportunity
In this highly valued role, you will provide a broad range of administrative and coordination support to assist the Interior Design Manager with display home projects, refurbishments, and day‑to‑day activities.

  • This role is permanent part time - working 2-3 days per week
  • Providing general administrative assistance, including accurate data entry and updates
  • Organising and preparing presentations, documentation, and supporting materials.
  • Coordinating communications with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintaining up‑to‑date schedules and documentation across platforms such as BusinessCraft, Laserfiche, Clipsal, and Adobe Photoshop
  • (training provided)
  • Supporting the Interior Design Manager with the coordination of display home refurbishments including logistical arrangements
  • Building strong relationships with suppliers and coordinating the ordering of samples (tiles, handles, wallpaper, paint, etc.).
  • Providing flexible and timely administrative support to the broader Mojo team to ensure project deadlines and display home objectives are met.

 

Key Requirements

About you

  • A positive attitude and a willingness to provide hands-on support wherever needed.
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while staying composed under pressure.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to draft and present information professionally.
  • The ability to multitask effectively and manage a varied workload.
  • A collaborative working style and the ability to contribute to a close, supportive team environment.
  • A current driver's licence (advantageous but not essential).
