Casa Mia' is seeking a Luxury Furniture Sales Consultant. This is a full-time position that will see you playing a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our high-end furniture collections.
What you'll be doing
- Providing personalised assistance to customers, helping them select the perfect furniture pieces to suit their needs and style
- Demonstrating products and explaining their features and benefits to customers
- Closing sales and processing customer orders and payments
- Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of our product range, latest collections, and industry trends
- Liaising with our logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Contributing to the overall sales performance and growth of the showroom
Key Requirements
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar luxury furniture sales or interior design role
- Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for design and high-quality products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proven sales skills and the drive to meet and exceed targets
- Attention to detail and strong administration skills.
