Description
As we look to continue to grow our business, we are seeking an experienced person to work in our Alexandria showroom on a part time basis and the role is as follows:
- Build relationships with our showroom customer base, regularly touching base by phone and email.
- Work with our trade visitors on selections for their projects.
- Action email and phone requests from trade customers around fabric and wallcovering requirements for specific projects.
- Follow up enquiries from potential new showroom customers.
- Assist with showroom display and general merchandising.
- Assist with events.
Key Requirements
The person we are looking for will have great people and creative skills and preferably have previous industry experience and a good knowledge of fabric and wallcoverings. We are open to hear from people with experience in allied industries provided they have the creative skills required for this role.
The successful applicant will work alongside our Showroom Manager, and we envisage the role will be 22.5 hours per week over 3 days, but this can be discussed. $30 – $35 per hour
Our showroom is well located within a building with various interior product showrooms and parking is available.
