NAV are an established supplier of premium interior products & work with some of Australia’s best architects & designers. Due to continued growth & exciting new products in the pipeline, we are looking for a Trade Sales Representative to join our Sydney team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role will entail completing sales with joiners, cabinetmakers and builders, ensuring sales and market share growth. The primary focus of this role will be to generate new business as well as managing existing sales pipeline to ensure projects are secured and continue managing key accounts within Sydney and some regional areas.

We are looking for someone who is engaging, driven and well-presented who wants to develop a career in the premium architectural and design product space. Preferably a candidate with joinery or shop fitting background experience. All sales and product training will be provided.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Build relationships with an existing portfolio of joiners, cabinetmakers and builders
  • Present and provide information on our premium products and service
  • Build and manage a pipeline of projects/opportunities and secure product specifications
  • Plan and prepare for client meetings, presentations, and events
  • Track and manage all client activity and projects in our CRM

Key Requirements

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Applicant with joinery or shop fitting experience.
  • Genuine "people person" with a commitment to providing first-class customer service and developing relationships
  • High level of resilience with a strong work ethic and high energy levels.
  • As the face of our brand, you must be well presented and take pride in your personal presentation
  • Strong time management, administration, and organisational skills
  • Proven ability to secure specifications in our sales pipeline
  • Strong understanding of the decorative building products market

IDEAL BUT NOT ESSENTIAL

  • Experience with CRM, EstimateOne and project management systems
