Our client, a high-end, boutique design studio, is looking for an experienced Procurement & Design Coordinator to join their team.
This role is suited to someone with at least five years’ experience, ideally within high-end residential interiors, who understands the level of care and precision required to bring complex design projects to life.
Exceptional design does not stop at concept. It depends on rigorous procurement, thoughtful sourcing, and precise coordination from first order through to final installation.
This role sits at the intersection of design and delivery.
They are happy to consider a 4 day week pro-rata.

Key Responsibilities – Procurement

  • Support the procurement process across large-scale residential projects
  • Coordinate purchasing from initial order through to delivery and installation
  • Maintain detailed records of orders, lead times, freight and deliverables
  • Monitor budgets and track expenditure against approvals
  • Act as the link between studio and accounts to ensure invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time
  • Schedule and coordinate deliveries and installations on site
  • Maintain regular communication with suppliers, consultants and trades

 

Key Responsibilities – Design Support

  • Maintain strong knowledge of local and international suppliers
  • Source and specify furniture, lighting, textiles and decorative elements
  • Prepare schedules, presentations and documentation to a high standard
  • Assist the design team with sourcing and material selections
  • Contribute to installation phases and final styling on site
  • Support the team during project photography and styling

Experience with Adobe Suite and procurement workflows is essential.
Experience with the software Programa and importing and understanding custom duty requirements will be highly regarded.
