About the Role

We're looking for a highly organised Studio / Sales Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our studio. This is a fast-paced, admin-heavy role with constant task switching across sales support, client communication, deliveries, sample management and studio operations.

You'll need to be calm under pressure, confident juggling multiple priorities, and committed to getting the details right. While this is a front-facing role in a design-led environment, the core of the position is strong administration, follow-through and accountability.

Candidates must have valid Australian work rights or hold a valid work visa.
A minimum of 3+ years of administrative or office support experience is essential for this role.

What You'll Be Doing - Sales & Client Support

• Prepare quotes, proposals, invoices and follow-up documentation accurately and on time.

• Support the sales team with samples, presentations, delivery estimates and order coordination.

• Manage online orders and client communications throughout the sales process.

What You'll Be Doing - Studio Administration

• Manage incoming phone, email and website enquiries professionally and promptly.

• Keep HubSpot (CRM) and internal records accurate, current and well organised.

• Complete vendor forms, warranties, quality check records, courier bookings and general administration.

• Track multiple tasks at once and ensure nothing is missed.

What You'll Be Doing - Delivery & Order Coordination

• Coordinate deliveries, collections and supporting paperwork.

• Confirm delivery details clearly with clients and ensure alignment with invoices and order requirements.

• Follow up issues quickly to avoid delays or errors.

What You'll Be Doing - Sample Library & Studio Operations

• Maintain sample check-in/check-out processes, barcoding and stock accuracy.

• Conduct quality checks and regular stocktakes.

• Keep the studio organised, presentable and operational at all times.

What We're Looking For

• Proven ability to manage a high volume of tasks in a busy environment.

• Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to prioritise, switch between tasks quickly and still follow through.

• Professional and confident communication skills.

• A proactive, reliable and hands-on attitude.

• Comfortable working in a front-facing studio role.

• Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot preferred.

• Strong Microsoft 365 skills and confidence with Adobe Acrobat.

• An interest in interiors, design and presentation.
