Description
We're looking for a Studio Coordinator to join our Sydney team — someone to be at the centre of all studio activities who brings a proactive, can-do attitude, and a desire to deliver the best possible results.
About the role
- Support the management team in managing and resolving operational issues
- Manage calendars, meetings and travel of the management team
- Participate in meetings, agenda preparation, take minutes and distribute notes
- Maintain logs for all studio operations activities
- Ensuring timesheets are entered into the system on a weekly basis and acting as the primary contact for queries
- Arrange and manage office purchases and maintenance
- Reception responsibilities including answering phone, arranging couriers and accepting deliveries
- Organising regular social events and coordinating catering
Key Requirements
About you
- 3+ years of administrative experience
- Organised, systematic, detail-oriented, analytical, and at the same time highly flexible and able to tackle challenges as they arise
- Strong MS Office 365 (particularly Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint) and accurate numerical skills
- Experience building solid working relationships across all levels of the business as well as with building management and external suppliers
- Ability to maintain a calm approach, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Confident to work under tight timeframes with minimal supervision and/or work independently
