The Opportunity
We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive and people‑focused Studio Manager / Coordinator to support the smooth day‑to‑day running of our Sydney studio.
This is a key role at the heart of the business — supporting leadership, driving a positive studio culture, and creating an exceptional workplace experience.
Immediate start preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the smooth daily operations of the studio
- Support Sydney Directors with calendar management and scheduling
- Manage studio facilities, reception, events and travel coordination
- Act as a culture champion, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment
- Coordinate learning & development initiatives, training and registrations
- Assist with budgets and general finance-related tasks
- Ensure compliance with operational, risk and safety requirements
- Represent the studio professionally with clients, partners and stakeholders

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Proactive, solutions-focused and calm under pressure
- Passionate about creating a positive and engaging workplace
- Must have full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
