The Role

The Design Coordinator, reporting to the Senior Design Manager, works closely with the various teams including Development, Project, and Construction teams, to contribute to the successful delivery of multiple residential and mixed-use developments.

This requires seamless coordination with Urban’s delivery teams to ensure that project outcomes align with the company's vision and standards.

The Design Coordinator will need to stay informed on current trends in building methods and procurement processes to deliver leading-edge results. The role will also involve close collaboration with contractors’ consultants to uphold design integrity and support Urban’s project management teams.
