We are a highly regarded kitchen and cabinetry renovation company based in Sydney’s Inner West, currently seeking an experienced Kitchen Designer / Sales Consultant to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who not only has strong design ability, but also thrives on sales and knows how to confidently close deals.
You will be meeting clients in their homes, understanding their needs, designing functional and stylish spaces, and guiding them through to a signed sale. If you are a motivated salesperson with a passion for kitchens, renovations, and customer service, we want to hear from you.
About the Role
- Attend in-home consultations with clients
- Design kitchens and cabinetry solutions based on customer requirements, trends, and available products
- Prepare and present concepts and quotations
- Build rapport and confidently guide customers through the sales process
- Close sales and manage projects through the initial stages
- Deliver exceptional customer service from enquiry to sign-up
Key Requirements
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven sales experience with strong closing ability
- Experience in kitchen, cabinetry, renovation or interior design sales preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence presenting to clients in their homes
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- A good understanding of house plans and spatial layouts
- Computer literacy and ability to learn design/quoting software
- A professional presentation and customer-focused attitude
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
