As we continue to expand, we are seeking an Interior Designer to join our team. This role is pivotal in helping clients bring their dream homes to life, enhancing their experience, improving collaboration, and driving efficiency across our construction projects. You will be the bridge between design vision and project execution, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and outstanding results.

 

Key Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and goals, ensuring these are reflected in all design plans and project outcomes.
  • Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts that align with client expectations, project timelines, and budgets.
  • Work closely with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of design and construction processes.
  • Streamline communication between stakeholders to improve project efficiency and reduce delays.
  • Create detailed design plans, mood boards, and 3D renderings to help clients visualize the final outcome.
  • Source and recommend materials, furnishings, and decor that balance quality, aesthetics, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address design-related issues, and ensure adherence to design specifications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the role of Interior Designer, with a focus on high-end residential projects.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a track record of successful design projects and client satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving processes and collaboration.
