Description
We're looking for a Junior Designer to join our growing Wayfinding & Placemaking team.
If you're passionate about the intersection of graphic design, architecture and the built environment, this is an opportunity to work on projects that shape how people experience and navigate spaces. You'll collaborate with experienced designers to deliver wayfinding, signage and environmental graphics across a diverse range of projects.
About the Role
You'll support projects from concept through to documentation, including:
- Assisting with the design and delivery of wayfinding and placemaking projects.
- Preparing drawings, presentation material and design documentation.
- Developing signage systems, environmental graphics and visual communication.
- Undertaking research, site analysis and user journey mapping.
- Working closely with designers, architects, consultants and clients.
- Contributing to a collaborative and creative studio environment
Key Requirements
About You
You'll bring:
- A degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design or a related discipline.
- Around 2+ years' experience (graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop).
- Experience with CAD or Revit is an advantage.
- An interest in wayfinding, placemaking and environmental graphics.
- Strong visual communication, attention to detail and a collaborative approach.
- Experience using AI tools within design workflows is highly regarded.
