James Said is seeking an Interior Designer with experience preferably in the luxury sector to join our team and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement and Consultation:
- Welcome and assist customers in selecting furniture and accessories based on their preferences, needs, and design goals.
- Conduct in-depth consultations in store and in customers' homes to understand their interior design aspirations and offer tailored design solutions.
- Prepare Sketch Up floor plans and Canva mood boards
Sales and Relationship Building:
- Drive sales by effectively presenting and promoting furniture products to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service, follow-ups, and personalized recommendations.
Store Presentation and Merchandising:
- Assist in maintaining a visually appealing store environment by arranging furniture displays and ensuring overall store aesthetics.
- Keep up-to-date with new furniture arrivals and industry trends to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with fellow team members to achieve individual and team sales targets, fostering a cooperative and motivated work environment.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance the overall sales process and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience in interior design
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and understand their needs.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity to envision and present design solutions to customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
