Working with top-tier real estate agents, this role is for someone who already has proven experience supporting highly driven, discerning clients. You bring the confidence and clarity to articulate your interior vision with ease, rapidly earning the trust of Sydney’s most discerning property owners.
The Role
As a key face of Hardly Tom Living, you will manage and follow up on client leads daily, consistently achieving and exceeding company sales targets. The role blends 90% client management and sales with 10% creative execution, allowing you to combine design expertise with exceptional relationship skills.
With your expert eye for detail, you will develop and present a creative strategy for showcasing each individual property in its best light whilst on the market. Intuitively you'll be able to measure spaces in a glance and also understand the nuances around the property's location, the architectural style, the likely buying market and your clients preferences, then confidently guide our in-house styling team to curate a short term furnishings package with all of the above considered.
Key Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 4 years professional experience in a similar role. Applicants with Real Estate experience is also desirable.
- Excellence in time management (punctuality and follow through) as well as verbal and written communications.
- A disposition that is positive, proactive, and calm under pressure.
- Driver’s licence, own vehicle.
- A design led individual with an unwavering passion for delivering excellent customer service.
