Description
COX is a design-focused architectural practice with studios across Australia and Auckland. For over 60 years we've shaped spaces used by communities across the country — from cultural institutions and stadiums to urban precincts and workplaces. Our Sydney studio is collaborative, fast-moving and creative, built around people who care deeply about the quality of what they make and how they work together.
About the role
As the first point of contact for our clients, collaborators and guests you'll play a key role in shaping a positive first impression!
This highly visible, fast-paced, people-focused role would suit someone who is proactive, takes pride in a well-run front of house, juggles multiple tasks seamlessly and genuinely enjoys being the go-to person for studio matters. You'll work closely with our Studio Manager and Studio Director across reception and day-to-day studio operations.
It's a great entry point into a leading architectural practice, where you'll be surrounded by designers, architects, and creative thinkers working on some of Australia's most significant built environment projects.

- Assisting with document formatting, presentations and submissions
- Managing stationery and office supply inventory
- Coordinating maintenance requests with building management
