Description
We are looking for a thoughtful, highly organised Studio Manager to join our studio. This is a hands-on role working closely with our Studio Director and Founder - keeping the studio running with calm, clarity and care.
You will work closely with our Studio Director Jessica Gombault and provide executive support to our Founder, Alexandra Kidd - helping the studio run with calm, clarity and care.
key responsibilities:
oversee the daily rhythm and presentation of the studio
Support the Studio Director across coordination, administration and client enquiries
Act a Executive Assistant to Alexandra Kidd
Manage diary, meetings, inbox priorities an key communications
Maintain studio systems, documents and onboarding processes
Support brand, marketing and special projects as required
Key Requirements
We value someone who is:

Highly organised with strong attention to de3tail
An excellent communicator, written and in person
Experienced in a design, creative or client-facing environment
Confident supporting a founder and senior leadership team
Minimum five years experience in a similar role
Part-time, three days per week. Studio-based in Potts Point. Sydney applicants only.
