About the Role
As the welcoming face of the showroom, you will guide visitors through a thoughtfully curated space, assisting them from inspiration to specification. You will collaborate closely with design professionals, deepening your understanding of materials, trends, and the evolving world of design.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients in the showroom, delivering an exceptional experience
- Develop strong relationships with architects, designers, and builders to foster long-term partnerships
- Present and prepare samples, quotes, and tenders with accuracy and attention to detail
- Support senior consultants and internal teams with sales coordination
- Maintain showroom presentation and assist with product rotation
- Manage ERP-based quoting and documentation processes
Key Requirements
About You
- Genuine passion for design, architecture, and materials
- Confident communicator with exceptional presentation and organisational skills
- Experience in high-end retail or showroom environments, ideally within interiors or architectural products
- Confident working with ERP or CRM systems and other digital tools
- Thrive in environments where detail, aesthetics, and client experience matter
