About the Role
- Build and nurture strong relationships with A-list architects and interior designers by understanding their goals, preferences, and design approach.
- Proactively visit client design studios to present product samples and review projects. Providing expert guidance on natural stone selections.
- Host architects, designers, and their clients in the selection centre, creating engaging experiences that highlight our premium stone range.
- Guide tailored stone selections, focusing on securing product specifications for upcoming projects.
- Identify growth opportunities within the portfolio by leveraging industry knowledge and client insights.
- Share market trends gathered from client conversations and collaborate with the broader stone team.
About You
- You’ve always been drawn to beautiful spaces, materials, and design—but you know your strengths are just as much about people as they are aesthetics. You enjoy helping others bring ideas to life and naturally notice the details that make a space feel considered and premium.
- You’re someone who builds relationships naturally. You enjoy getting to know people properly, understanding what matters to them, and becoming the person they trust and come back to over time.
- You’re looking for something more meaningful than traditional sales or a purely studio-based design path. You want a career where you can combine your interest in design with relationship-building, autonomy, and long-term influence within the A&D industry.

- Background or strong interest in architecture, interior design, or premium building materials
