Digital Interior Sales Consultant – Sydney

Our Digital Interior Sales Consultants sit at the intersection of design, service, and sales. This is where conversations turn into considered purchases, and where your ability to connect, guide, style, and close makes a real impact.

Working closely with our Sydney team, you’ll engage with customers across phone, email, and digital channels — not just assisting with purchases, but providing thoughtful interior styling advice at every stage of the journey. Whether it’s helping a client select a single piece, refine a room, or bring an entire space together, you’ll play a key role in helping them make confident, design-led decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Engage with customers across phone, email, and online channels
  • Provide interior styling advice and product recommendations tailored to each customer
  • Guide customers through the purchase journey and confidently close sales
  • Build relationships that turn enquiries into high-value orders
  • Assist with everything from single-item selections to full-room solutions
  • Collaborate with our showroom and operations teams to deliver a seamless experience
  • Work towards individual and team sales targets

Key Requirements

Who You Are

  • 2+ years experience in sales (furniture, interiors, retail, or similar high-consideration products preferred)
  • A genuine passion for interior design, styling, and creating cohesive spaces
  • Confident in providing styling advice — whether for a single piece or a complete room
  • Strong customer service skills — but importantly, you know how to convert and close
  • A clear communicator (both written and verbal)
  • Commercially minded — you think in results, revenue, and outcomes
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working across CRM, inventory, and digital systems
