Studio Coordinator 
Permanent Part-Time | 3 Days per week (or 4 shorter)
$90,000 - $100,000 + Super (Full-Time Equivalent, Pro-Rata)

Are you looking for a meaningful part-time role within a creative, design-led environment?

This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded boutique interior design studio and become the trusted support to the Founder, while helping ensure the day-to-day rhythm of the studio runs smoothly. Based in Potts Point, this permanent part-time position is ideally suited to an experienced Studio Coordinator, Office Manager, Executive Assistant or Team Administrator who enjoys being the person behind the scenes making everything work.

You'll play a central role in supporting the Founder, maintaining the presentation and organisation of the studio, coordinating client enquiries and ensuring the many moving parts of a busy design business are managed with care and attention to detail. This role offers genuine flexibility and would suit someone seeking three days per week or an equivalent arrangement spread across additional days.

The Opportunity Working closely with the Founder, you will become a key part of the business, providing both executive support and studio coordination across a broad range of responsibilities. No two days will be the same, with involvement across administration, client experience, studio operations, supplier coordination, diary management and team support.

This is not a large corporate environment. It is a close-knit, collaborative studio where warmth, initiative and professionalism are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
• Managing diary coordination, meetings and scheduling for the Founder
• Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, suppliers and general enquiries
• Supporting new client enquiries and consultation bookings
• Maintaining the day-to-day presentation and organisation of the studio
• Coordinating office supplies, subscriptions, facilities and service providers
• Assisting with studio administration, systems and internal processes
• Supporting onboarding activities and team administration
• Coordinating travel, events and team functions when required
• Assisting with marketing administration, studio communications and project support
• Managing the many small but important details that contribute to a seamless studio experience

Key Requirements

About You
You may currently be working as a:
• Studio Coordinator
• Studio Administrator
• Office Manager
• Executive Assistant
• Team Assistant
• Practice Coordinator

Experience within interiors, architecture, design, property or other client-focused professional environments will be highly regarded, however we are equally interested in speaking with candidates who bring strong organisational skills, excellent judgement and a genuine passion for supporting people.

You will be someone who:

• Takes pride in creating structure and keeping things running smoothly
• Communicates professionally and warmly with clients and stakeholders
• Has exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
